This wasn’t always the way for me. I've been where you are, I used to follow what everyone else was doing, constantly feeling like I was behind and not doing enough. Hustle was my default mode, and I thought it was the only way to succeed. Beneath it all, I carried wounds and limiting beliefs that told me I had to prove my worth through constant effort and perfection.
Everything shifted when I decided to do things differently. I let go of the hustle, leaned into my Human Design, and I started building my business in congruency with my values and the way I wanted to feel. The real change came when I went deeper—when I faced my fears, healed the wounds that had been holding me back, and reclaimed the parts of myself I had forgotten.
By stepping off the hamster wheel, integrating softness, slowness, and building in a way that was sustainable and profitable, I reclaimed my time, my energy, and the spark of why I started this in the first place.

Everywhere I turned, I found bits and pieces—coaches, therapists, career plans, journal prompts—but they were only scratching the surface. None of them addressed what I was truly seeking: a way to honour my energy, stay congruent with my values, and create success that felt as good on the inside as it looked on the outside.
